This is quite a heavy module and not able to use the phone can be a problem. As much as possible, I will try to refrain from using. The reason behind why I had to use is that I had to manage numerous LTA projects and my instructions is very time critical and might be costly to my company if the communication fails. As we are learning communication in this module, hopefully I am able to practice it along the way.
